There are some really good healthy foods for us, and these are some of the best with really high nutrients.

BROCCOLI

It contains 100% of your daily vitamin K and almost 200% of vitamin C.  It also contains moderate amount of B vitamins.  It’s very low in calories and it’s best eaten raw.  The more you cook it, the more it loses it’s properties. Studies suggest that brocoli is a great help towards fighting cancer.

SPINACH

Contains vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, magnesium, some B vitamins, iron and also lutein and zeaxanthin, powerfull antioxidants.

AVOCADOS

We all know how good these are for a health.  They contain vitamin K, folate, vitamin C, Potassium, vitamin E and vitamins B5 & B6.  They contain healthy fats and fiber that can help to lower cholesterol.

BLUEBERRIES

High in fiber, vitamin K, vitamin C and maganese.  They contain the highest antioxidant capacity of  all commonly consumed fruits and vegetables, which is really good for keeping the brain active. They say that blueberries really help to fight cancer.

CHIA SEEDS

Despite their size, they are among the most nutritious foods on the planet. They are loaded with fiber, protein, Omega-3 fatty acids, calcium, zinc, phosphorus and B Vitamins. They also can significantly lower blood pressure which helps those with type 2 diabetics.

GOJI BERRIES

These berries contain all 8 essencial amino acids plus vitamin A, vitamin C and fiber. A 4 ounce serving contains 10% of your daily value in protein! They also help boost your immune system.

ALMONDS

High in healthy monounsaturated fats, fiber, protein, vitamin E and magnesium.  They are a fantastic source of antioxidants.
